Nearly 80,000 passengers fined for traveling without tickets on buses

In the past period of 2026, nearly 80,000 passengers who traveled without tickets on buses were fined. The total amount of fines collected from passengers who violated the rules in this area constituted nearly 2 billion soums. Measures are being implemented to strengthen the actions taken by this situation and improve the order and discipline in the bus systems. We also urge passengers to respect their safety and rights. The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan is taking stricter measures to ensure passenger safety.
