Fines and Payments for Businesses May Be Reduced

The administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has instructed all ministers and sector leaders to submit proposals within a week for significantly reducing bureaucracy, fines, payments, and fees in their systems. These measures are being taken to improve the business environment. Ministers and leaders should also consider public opinion when preparing proposals. This process is expected to greatly contribute to Uzbekistan's economic development. Such changes will also create favorable conditions for investors.
