Montenegro is Abandoning Visa-Free Regime for Russian Citizens.

According to new draft documents from the Montenegro government, citizens of Russia and Belarus will have the right to enter Montenegro without a visa until October 31, 2026. After this date, their visa-free entry will undergo changes according to the existing procedures. The Montenegro government is expected to approve these changes; however, the project has not yet taken its final form. Thus, this may cause additional difficulties for travelers. With the introduction of the new rules, travel plans will need to be reviewed.
