The Salary Calculation Procedure for State Employees Will Change

In Uzbekistan, the salary calculation procedure for state employees will be updated. It has been emphasized that the share of the position salary in the overall salary of ministry and agency employees should not exceed 15 percent. Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Khochqarov proposed to introduce three main incentive payments instead of more than ten bonuses and rewards, along with a new salary scale consisting of 11 grades and 6 levels. This change will ensure that the salaries of regional department employees do not exceed the salaries of similar positions in corresponding local governments.
