It Has Become Easier to Register Other Persons in a House Purchased with a Mortgage

According to a new decision made by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the process of registering other persons in a house purchased with a mortgage no longer requires bank approval. It has been permitted to register other persons for permanent and temporary residency without the consent of the mortgage holder. However, the person being registered must give prior consent that they can be removed from the registration at any time by the property owner or mortgage holder. This news will create convenience for citizens who have bought homes on a mortgage and may increase the demand for housing.
