Uzbekhydroenergy Chairman Holds Open Dialogue with Entrepreneurs

On August 11, an open dialogue with entrepreneurs was held at the 'UzHydroPower' plant in the Bostanliq district of Tashkent region, attended by the Chairman of 'Uzbekhydroenergy' JSC, Islam Abdurahmonov. The discussion addressed the development of the hydropower sector and expanding the construction of small and micro hydropower plants. Additionally, issues related to increasing private sector participation based on public-private partnerships were raised. Many entrepreneurs participated in the dialogue and shared their proposals. The purpose of this event is to implement innovations in the hydropower sector and improve the business environment.
