Uzbekistan's Education Expenses Reached 24 Trillion Soums, Tashkent Accounts for 53 Percent

In the first half of the year, expenditures on education services by Uzbeks increased by 23 percent. These expenses approached nearly 24 trillion soums. Of these education expenses, 12.7 trillion soums or 53 percent are attributed solely to the city of Tashkent.
