A New Law Regulating the Real Estate Market Adopted in Uzbekistan

A new law regulating the real estate market has been adopted in Uzbekistan. This document aims to legally regulate the activities of realtors. The law introduces new legal mechanisms for the functioning of realtors. Additionally, the work of real estate agents and a Unified Registry system will be established. The law serves to improve order in the real estate market and increase investor confidence. Once the new mechanisms are developed, it is planned to further simplify operations in the real estate market.
