The Procedure for Cancelling Notary Execution Letters in Uzbekistan Has Changed

Changes have been made to the procedure for writing and cancelling execution letters by notaries in Uzbekistan. According to the new law, the debtor can file an objection within 10 days starting from the day they receive a copy of the execution letter or are informed about its issuance. The possibility to request the cancellation of the execution letter from the notary has been granted. This initiative aims to further simplify the interaction process between notaries and debtors. The changes will also contribute to enhancing compliance with the legislation.
