Responsibility for Violating Urban Planning Requirements in Uzbekistan Is Being Strengthened

Uzbekistan is planning to enhance the responsibility measures for violations of urban planning requirements. Aspects are envisioned to be tightened for carrying out construction and assembly works in contradiction to the main plan, master plan, and construction project requirements. This bill was approved by the deputies of Uzbekistan on the first reading. The issue of non-compliance with urban planning regulations in the country is considered urgent. These measures are aimed at improving urban infrastructure and solving existing problems.
