Uzbekistan's real estate market ends the first half of the year with growth

In the first half of 2026, the activity of Uzbekistan's real estate market significantly increased. Since the beginning of the year, the number of transactions exceeded 171,000, which is a 25.3 percent increase compared to the same period last year. In June, the number of transactions increased across all regions of the republic, indicating positive changes in the market. The leading regions are Bukhara, Navoi, and Samarkand provinces. This growth is of significant importance for the development of Uzbekistan's economy.
