President Shavkat Mirziyoyev Displeased with Banks' Operations in the Neighborhood

Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed strong objections to the heads of the Central Bank's regional offices and state bank branch leaders. He emphasized that the heads of regional and district banks that have not delivered results in the last three months should be dismissed. He also highlighted the importance of engaging with companies managing residential buildings. The President noted that banks should create convenience for the population through their activities. This implies that banks should be closer to local communities.
