President: 10 KPIs for network employees will be established

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan emphasized the establishment of 10 key performance indicators (KPIs) for 106,000 employees in the system. Among these KPIs, emergency and planned outages, losses, accounts receivable, reserve capacities, and the implementation of repair programs are highlighted as important criteria. According to the President, these goals will help in the efficient management of energy resources. Responsible leaders in the system must take turns being accountable for their duties. The implementation of these KPIs is planned to enhance the efficiency of network employees.
