Affordable apartments were promised to buyers in the center of Samarkand city, and contracts were signed with millions of sums received in payments. Three years later, state authorities revealed the absence of necessary documents for multi-storey construction in the area. This situation has caused serious issues in the operations of construction companies. Consequently, interest among buyers in purchasing affordable apartments is decreasing. Relevant agencies are reviewing their relations regarding this issue.
