Corruption Cases Revealed in the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service System

Employees of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Wellbeing and Public Health Department were caught accepting bribes in the Sirdarya, Samarkand, Namangan, and Khorezm regions of Uzbekistan. The detained employees were involved in corruption while performing duties related to public service. These incidents are causing significant public outcry and the measures identified by state agencies are of great importance. The exposure of corruption is expected to serve as a model for many other state agencies as well. State organizations emphasize the necessity of developing programmatic measures regarding these cases.
