The Tashkent city administration signed an agreement with a Chinese company to construct a 100-kilometer long two-level toll ring road in Tashkent. This project is planned to be executed by China Railway Construction and is estimated to cost $1 billion. Additionally, it has been agreed that SINO-Hunan will construct 7 tunnels, 5 overpasses, 57 km of BRT lanes on 16 streets, and 279 km of roads for a total of $1 billion. This project is expected to significantly improve the transport infrastructure of Tashkent city.
