The Tashkent city administration has made a decision to ban advertising structures on the roofs of multi-storey buildings in accordance with design code requirements. Consequently, the dismantling of these structures is being demanded. However, entrepreneurs consider this decision to be contrary to legislation and contractual relations. Kun.uz publication spoke with entrepreneurs and a representative from the business ombudsman, while representatives from the city administration declined to participate in the discussion. Concerns are being raised that this conflict may worsen the instability of the business environment.
