Uganda has unveiled a monument dedicated to Yoni Netanyahu, the brother of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who was killed during the Entebbe rescue mission. Yoni Netanyahu was the only Israeli soldier killed in the operation, as he led a team to rescue over 100 hostages. Government officials and other guests present at the event commemorated Yoni Netanyahu's heroism and service. This monument was specifically created to highlight the significance of the Entebbe incident.
