People Injured Due to Incomplete Excavations Left in Andijan

Excavation for sewage in the old town area of Andijan began in February, but the work has not been completed at all. As a result, it has been reported that several people, including a young child and an elderly man, have fallen into the excavation and sustained serious injuries. They have been forced to pay for their medical treatment out of their own pockets. The halt in work is believed to be related to the municipality's failure to allocate sufficient funds. Previously, there was a report that the 'Andijan Polka' was included in the records at a cost of 730 million soums. This situation is regrettable as it occurs due to violations of safety regulations.
