In Uzbekistan, a proposal is being made to implement a 'Siesta' system to adapt the tourism sector to climatic conditions during the summer season. Under this project, tourist facilities in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva may operate on a new schedule from June 1 to August 31.
