Uzbekistan MFA Comments on Mandatory Mobile Phone Purchases for Migrants in Russia

They stated that the draft law is still at the discussion stage and has not been fully adopted. Some provisions of the draft law are aimed only at migrants who do not possess a phone and are expected to be applied to those who do not support the 'Amina' application.
