Issues and Solutions Discussed Between the Transport Ministries of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan

A meeting was held between representatives of the transport ministries of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan to discuss issues troubling national carriers of both countries. During the meeting, an agreement was reached to take practical measures to resolve transport sector problems in the short term. This process will help strengthen transport connections between the two countries. Additionally, the issue of harmonizing tariffs was also discussed, which will contribute to the development of trade between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.
