New Requirements Established for E-commerce Operators in Uzbekistan

New requirements are being introduced for the commencement and termination of activities by e-commerce operators in Uzbekistan. According to the draft regulation, e-commerce operators must send an electronic notification to the authorized body through a special information system before starting operations. This new order has been developed to regulate further and improve processes in the e-commerce sector. These changes are of significant importance for entrepreneurs and the private sector. All e-commerce operators must take this requirement into account.
