New Requirements Introduced for City and Village Master Plans

The procedure for developing and implementing master plans for the development of cities and villages in Uzbekistan will be improved. According to new requirements, master plans will be registered in a single electronic registry. Construction and investment activities will not be allowed based on documents that are not registered. These changes aim to regulate the processes of city and village development and ultimately serve to improve overall infrastructure.
