Railway freight transportation service to be digitized

Starting from October 1, 2026, Uzbekistan will implement electronic processing of freight transportation orders via rail for domestic routes. This service will be available through State Service Centers and the Unified Interactive State Services Portal. The new procedure will be introduced based on the administrative regulation approved by the government decision No. 433. This change aims to further facilitate the freight transportation process and increase its efficiency. As a result of digitization, the freight shipment processes will become faster and easier.
