Direct flights from Tashkent to Manchester may be opened.

To expand aviation connections between Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom, the possibilities of establishing direct air travel from Tashkent to Manchester were discussed. This discussion took place during a meeting between the Uzbek ambassador and the leadership of Manchester Airports Group (MAG). The opening of air travel will have significant importance in further developing trade and cultural exchanges between the two countries. During the meeting, the parties discussed strengthening aviation ties and future plans. The implementation of these plans will serve to improve relations between Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom.
