Online Auction Rules for Land Subsoil Plots Updated

The Government of Uzbekistan has further improved the procedure for granting rights to use subsoil. According to the Cabinet of Ministers' decision, several changes have been introduced in the confirmation of the starting price for auction sales, the formalization of permits, and the valuation of mineral plots. These innovations will facilitate the process of obtaining the right to use subsoil through electronic online auctions. The goal of these changes is to enhance the transparency of the auction process and increase competition. The updated rules are of significant importance for the development of the subsoil market.
