Leaders Dismissed in the Fuel-Energy Sector

Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev criticized the lack of execution and responsibility among leaders in the Ministry of Energy and its lower levels. According to the President, people and entrepreneurs are dissatisfied with the leaders' performance. "It must be said openly. The problem in energy is not in the funding, because we are finding whatever is needed," emphasized Mirziyoyev. This situation should be assessed as an important step in ensuring the efficiency of the energy system. During the criticism, the necessity of making changes in the energy sector in the future was highlighted.
