Graduation Ceremony in Tashkent: No Fundraising from Students Allowed

The graduation ceremony at Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature sparked student protests. One student stated that 200,000 som was collected, yet they were unable to attend the event. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation announced that an investigation is underway regarding this situation.
